WHAT TO EAT

 

All meals are included. Three meals are prepared fresh daily.

Cuisine is uniquely Brazilian, but catered to a Westerner's palate.

A typical breakfast includes oatmeal, scrambled eggs,

tropical fruits (eg. passion fruit, papaya, and mango),

and local delicacies (eg. fried plantains and tapioca pancakes.) 

 

LUNCH 

 

A typical lunch of roast beef, sautéd veggies, beans and rice,

chicken casserole, lentil salad, chopped beets, and chicken stew.

 

Catch of the Day

Often times, your morning catch will become a wonderful lunchtime delicacy

 

 

DINNER

Dinner will be similar to lunch; always including rice/pasta,

beans, assorted veggies and meats, and dessert.

 

Brazilian style BBQ for dinner; includes an assortment of meats

(i.e. chicken, fish, beef, and pork sausage)
